My husband and I were fortunate to have found Tom during our search for what is now our home. Tom worked exceptionally hard to sell my house. We went on the market in June of 2019 and closed in late December of the same year. He guided me throughout the six months of the sale, including bringing in a professional photographer, getting at least six open houses set up, offering me guidance on offers we had, and just helping me understand what was happening throughout the process. Tom is knowledgeable of the area and the markets, and he was very responsive via phone calls, texts, and emails. That being said, Tom went way above and beyond his job description. I was not living at the house while I was selling it, and I had a variety of service people come for various issues. Tom met them there at least five times (probably more) and took on the custodial role of the house. He’s a nice person, too!

My wife and I worked with Tom over a period of about 4 months to explore investment properties in the New Jersey area. Throughout that process, Tom was courteous, enthusiastic, and incredibly well-informed. He was happy to provide recommendations on properties as well as to research places that we had identified as well. He also had the patience of a saint, addressing all of our neurotic questions as first-time investment property buyers! Once we began to focus on a few options, Tom worked hard to identify any issues that each property might have and then walked us step-by-step through the process of buying our final choice.
